Services Offered

Portfolio Management Services (PMS) are offered by SEBI-registered portfolio managers and provide customized portfolio management for eligible investors, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and minimum investment criteria.
PMS may be discretionary, where investment decisions are made by the portfolio manager under the agreed mandate, or non-discretionary, where investment decisions remain with the investor.

Abacus acts as a PMS distributor, helping investors evaluate available PMS offerings based on investment approach, historical performance, risk profile, fee structure, portfolio manager experience and reporting practices.

Regulatory & Compensation Disclosure: PMS services are provided by the respective SEBI-registered portfolio managers. Abacus Corp. acts as a distributor and does not itself provide portfolio management services. Abacus Corp. may receive distribution fees, referral fees or other compensation from relevant providers, wherever applicable.
